Once ink has been placed into the machine, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept a return of any printer. This policy is in place due to the nature of this business . We encourage our customers to make well-informed decisions when purchasing ours or any DTF PRINTER.
5.2 Dead on Arrival (DOA) Period for Defective Parts
For components found to be defective upon installation, we offer a Dead on Arrival (DOA) period of 10 business days. This 10-day window begins from the date of installation sign off and allows customers to report and return any malfunctioning parts for a replacement or refund. During this period, customers are not responsible for any shipping charges related to the return of the defective parts.
5.3 Warranty Agreement After DOA Period
Following the initial 10 business days after installation, the customer assumes responsibility for shipping charges in accordance with our warranty agreement. This agreement is designed to facilitate efficient servicing of your CobraFlex Printer while ensuring that any necessary repairs or replacements are carried out promptly.
5.4 Return Procedure and Shipping Guidelines
When returning defective parts after the DOA period, the customer must adhere to the following guidelines:
Safely package the defective parts to prevent damage during shipping.
Clearly label the package with the assigned return authorization number provided by our customer service team.
Choose a reputable and trackable shipping method to ensure the safe and timely arrival of the returned items.
It’s important to note that our warranty does not cover parts that are damaged during shipping back to CobraFlex Printers. Thus, proper packaging and shipping precautions are essential.
5.5 Refund and Replacement Process
Upon receiving the returned defective parts, our technical team will assess the items to verify the reported issues. Depending on the evaluation, we will proceed with either a replacement or a refund in line with our warranty agreement.
Please be aware that our return policy on parts may not cover certain situations, such as:
Damage caused by improper installation, usage, or maintenance.
Unauthorized modifications or attempted repairs on the parts.
Normal wear and tear due to extended usage.
Improper room temperature and environment.
